Prepare and execute all aspects of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). Highly proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Analyze hydraulic systems and prepare hydrology reports. Low Impact Development (LID) using Santa Rosa LID Manual, bank stabilization and fish passage design, cannabis developments, erosion and sediment control plans.

Conduct geo-environmental site investigations, assist in the development of remediation plans, hazardous material oversight and construction inspections, technical report writing, coordination and scheduling of subcontractors, complete geologic boring and classification logs. Design and installation of soil and groundwater remediation systems (soil-vapor extraction and chemical oxidation). Prepare daily activity/inspection reports. Oversee well construction and development.

Provide technical assistance for a wide range of civil and geotechnical engineering projects. Prepare civil engineering construction documents and geotechnical boring logs. Collect field samples for geotechnical analysis. Conduct SWPPP inspections.
