As purchasing manager I procure virgin resin for three plants within our network as well as maintain all corporate reporting for all raw material purchases for all locations.

As an Operations Supervisor I am responsible for ensuring all customer demands and metrics are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. I manage a team of 12-15 material handlers daily to complete the required number of inbounds and outbounds needed per shift. I use warehouse management software by Red Prairie with LMS components as well as Kronos software for associate payroll management.

As Co-pack Payroll and Inventory Manager I calculated all temporary associates timecards weekly and performed monthly inventory for Co-pack. I also supervised production lines and assisted line leaders in obtaining production goals.

As Assistant General Manager I conducted weekly on-site sales calls to new and existing customers as well as managed special stock inventory for customers. I was also responsible for ensuring the store met set sales goals and margins.

As County Extension Agent- Agricultural Intern I was responsible for all livestock and forage programs, questions, and concerns within White County. I also assisted other agents with horticulture, row crop production, and 4-H programs. Also provided leadership within the 4-H program through 4-H Teen Leaders, Wildlife Habitat team, Poultry Chain project, and other Livestock projects.
