I began my career in the commercial construction industry nearly a decade ago, starting as an assistant super and quickly advancing to become a superintendent for RSI Construction, a general contractor who specialized in O’Reilly Auto Parts builds across the nation. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling to managing on-site construction crews. As a superintendent, I developed strong leadership skills and gained an extensive understanding of the commercial construction process. I learned how to effectively manage construction crews, ensuring that projects were completed safely, on time, and within budget. In 2017, I transitioned into a role as Superintendent for KNK Concrete Express, leading Tilt Up, structural, and large scale paving/flat work projects. Drawing on my experience as a GC superintendent, I was able to leverage my knowledge of the construction process to build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.In my role as a Construction Sales Manager, starting in 2023, I have successfully grown our client base and increased sales revenue within the first year. I am passionate about delivering projects under budget and on time, and I take pride in my ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial construction.
