About Dustin Kight

I love troubleshooting and repairing electronics. I love taking a bunch of wires and components and, like a jigsaw puzzle, I put them back together and they are a recognizable as a machine or part. I take pride in my ability to accomplish repairs quickly and accurately to save the organization money and time.I’ve been doing this all my life from a young age when I would take apart the household appliances to see how they worked and then put them back together. My military training and experience propelled me into a professional role doing what I love.My team would say my strengths lie in my ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and recommend appropriate repairs. I enjoy leading teams and helping members understand and learn so they can contribute new and innovative ideas and solutions. My creative mind-set lends well with my ability to fabricate, solder, and weld, as well as reading schematics. I’m a champion for the company I work with and always promote the brand and vision in my work.Let’s Talk.
