Worked with varies PLC and DCS systems in Process Controls department. Developed standard graphics for operations on the ABB 800XA system. Re-created operations graphics on Pi ProcessBook for engineering access. Created multiple excel spreadsheets. Performed multiple online changes and downloads on the Delta V DCS system. Developed HMI graphics for Magelis panels. Worked with Modicon Quantum PLC’s during boiler start up and HVAC maintenance, as well as changes on Triconex Tricon Systems.

Performed various calibrations on Instruments, troubleshooting throughout the mill, preventative maintenance on instruments, new instrument installations, junction box assemblies, made fiber optic and Ethernet connections.
