With over 10 years of experience in product management, I am currently the New Client Onboarding Lead at ProService Hawaii, the largest and most experienced provider of HR, payroll, and benefits solutions in Hawaii. I manage the implementation and rollout of our solutions for new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to ProService Hawaii's platform.My core competencies include developing SOPs, conducting product troubleshooting and trainings, handling client escalations, managing pipeline and product fixes, creating Salesforce dashboards and reports, and developing presentation and playbook materials.
