"A self-proclaimed generalist, Dustin has had several roles with 1MISSION. Right out of college, he moved to Puerto Penasco (Mexico) to launch field operations. Once a local team was in place, he moved back to Phoenix to create and execute our communication strategies. He believes in the power of a good story, and uses that passion to connect people to our mission in innovative ways. Now he spends his days project managing our creative endeavors like web design, multi-media production, social media, and brand engagement."

Working in Rocky Point Mexico, the goal was to initiate community development efforts and hand off all operations to a local team.
