Dustin is a brick-and-mortar retail manager turned digital, leading the social media strategy for the growing men’s skincare/sun care brand, Oars + Alps.As the Strategic Engagement Manager, Dustin optimizes + learns from customer interactions on social media, the DTC website, and CX channels. He’s customer obsessed. His creative juice comes from a passion for product education that leads how he creates social content, including working with creators and brand partnerships. Dustin's deep understanding of best-in-class customer service from luxury retail has been instrumental in creating best practices that drive customer loyalty and support brand equity goals. His ongoing collaboration with the Product Development team, through consumer insights surveys, focus groups, and sharing of insights, continues to optimize the customer journey on owned channels and helps inform the NPD strategy.
