Twenty years in the satellite industry has enabled a broad skillset through all areas of operations, business, and leadership. From procedural operations to program development, proposals, conops, and operational strategy, I work with industry professionals and executive leaders to ensure Maxar is optimized for its mission. Tasks include representing interests of stakeholders, optimization of development work for mission fulfillment using in-house gathered labor metrics, and integration of capital project milestones to align to functional/departmental strategic visions.Started the industry at Echostar as a controller flying GEO spacecraft from LM & SSL where I performed pre-launch vendor site checkouts, Command & Control page development, limits integration/modification, and on-orbit state-of-health activities.Today, I work at Maxar as a Principal Operations Strategist on all priority programs/projects specifically Legion block 1 (Legion 1-6), Legion block 2 (Legion 7+), Secure Ops cloud migration for our primary customer, the deprecation of on-premises factory, Ops Efficiency Optimization project, and proposals to expand our spacecraft product service offerings.
