Responsible for leading, developing and executing projects that are instrumental to the development of the marketing department and overall growth and key points of interest in the credit union.- Acquiring and maintaining partnership with various companies such as The Los Angeles Lakers, AFTRA/SAG, as well as numerous entertainment agencies. - Working with our partnerships and vendors to coordinate promotional sweepstakes.- Overseeing the details and execution of company rebranding including but not limited to working with legal to ensure that all compliance standards are met. - Coordinating company-wide events; some including members of The Los Angeles Lakers, and other influencers in the entertainment community.- Maintaining all social media and digital platforms, monitoring marketing trends, using advertising campaigns to promote brand awareness resulting in 60% engagement growth on Instagram and Facebook. - Providing necessary support to the CMO.

Responsible for providing a wide range of support services, including but not limited to project management, reporting, general administrative duties and other support to the CEO. - Providing general support to CEO by arranging meetings, organizing conferences, training sessions, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars and contacts for the CEO as needed.- Leading and supporting assigned projects and ensuring successful completion- Manages ongoing projects on behalf of CEO, including research and recommendations on new issues, monthly/quarterly analysis review, etc. - Effectively communicates in a timely manner to all project participants to guarantee that deadlines are met.- Assist in development, preparation and integration of departmental policies and procedures, including creating associated documentation. - Coordinate various aspects of interdepartmental communication to ensure maximum efficiency.- Conduct research and work with CEO and Senior Leadership to prepare reports and provide compilation and analysis of necessary data and information. Creating and maintaining Strategic Planning reports, including the Corporate Scorecard, Strategic Roadmap and quarterly progress reports contributing to organization’s doubling in asset growth over 10 years.- Work with CEO and staff to create monthly electronic financial presentation for Board of Directors.- Act as a contact point for board trustees in relation to board meetings and other governance issues.- Coordinate spring and fall board retreats including venue selection, travel, events, and food/beverage.- Supports governance activities for board trustees.- Conceptualizing and designs annual Key Results graphic for distribution to staff and for use throughout the organization over the year.- Providing all other necessary support and maintaining professionalism and efficiency in all tasks.
