Ge9X Cmc Quality Engineering LeaderGe Aviation Dec 2018 - Jul 2022Cincinnati, Oh, UsLeader of multiple CMC Quality Engineers for the new GE9X product line. In this position I strategized the NPI of multiple new CMC components as well the rapid reduction in their MRB line items. I focused on supplying digital tools and leading my team down the most efficient path during this difficult introduction process. I oversaw the first CMC components that left GE Asheville to go on the Boeing GE9X Engine and supported the TOPS8D Team around the components. I spent much more time in this strategic role forecasting demand and unexpected issues. I took a much stronger interest in industry 4.0 production and spent a large amount of my time with SQL/PowerPivot/VBA/PowerBI. This lead to me facilitating a large amount of data analytics around yield (Business/FTY), MRB Line item, WIP Bubbles, Head Count and Constraint busting. Also in this role I cultivated a teaming environment and supported the training / growth of the team. I always strived for my team to be pushing for the next step in their career. Whether this was new skills/trainings or even referrals to other careers I enjoy the team around me succeed. This was a new passion I discovered in this role and pursued as many training opportunities as I could to cultivate my leadership style. -

Helped to create the new training manual used by new C.O.E.s. This included PLC programming and ladder logic to fully integrate these components into the older switch gear.
