SAN Administration and configuration in conjunction with fiber channel switches to enable bare metal access for virtual machines. Creation of fiber channel zones and troubleshooting fiber channel switches. Creating and maintaining supporting documentation for Service Design Documents and the internal knowledgebase. Setting up physical servers and providing support during the entire hardware and software lifecycle. Administration of the Mitel PBX environment, maintaining supportive documentation to guide not-experienced users through the difficult processes of administration.
