I see this arrangement working like this: You have money and need. I have time, skill, and a fantastic life. I'm not going to stop doing what I'm doing without cause. If you have something great, something really meaningful and fun, then I'll put my coffee down, stop reading with my boy, and get out of this warm chair. Or, and this is probably where you fit in, you have some marketing or content project, and you want me to do it. Ok, it's not saving baby dolphins or anything, but I enjoy doing it and have become quite good at it. In your case I'll kick the boy out of the chair and grab my laptop.
