Cell Culture:• Thawed, cultured, and cryopreserved human and other mammalian cell types including THP-1, K-562, NK-92, and HEK-293, among other adherent and suspension cell lines.• Fixed and fluorescently stained cells. Performed flow cytometry to assess cellular function.• Analyzed transfection results using fluorescent microscopy.• Developed cell culture and transfection protocols for multiple cell lines.• Analyzed cell culture growth, transfection, and flow cytometry results.
