I delegate tasks and set deadlines; I also provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training.• IBM Tivoli Netcoolo Responsibilities include configuration and maintenance of the IBM Tivoli Netcool Suite and development of Impact policies, JavaScript, Java and Perl code. Configuration and maintenance of Omnibus and custom web services. • System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)o Developing monitors, rules, discoveries, diagnostic and/or recovery tasks, and views using proper targeting methods. Usage of the SCOM consoles (Authoring, Operations, Administration), XML (work with MPs’ XML), VBScript and PowerShell. Development of Office 365synthetic transactions. I manage all upgrades and apply all patches. I am also responsible for managing user access to the StruxureWare application.• System Center Orchestratoro Developed advanced PowerShell scripts to configure, manage, and automate processes for desktop and server systems and end user computing devices.o Create complex workflows using Microsoft Orchestrator, advanced PowerShell and SQL scripting to automate existing manual processes. o Maintained the Orchestrator console, web console and servers, this includes upgrades and patches.
