As a member of the automation and mechanical commissioning teams, I was responsible for client relationship management, financial analysis / management, project management, project coordination, and schedule management for automation and commissioning projects.

Responsible for implementation of design / build projects for Eaton's Energy Solutions division in the Southeast Region. Projects include varied energy-focused upgrades, renovations, and commissioning activities at military installations throughout the Southeastern United States.

Responsible for installation, startup, and commissioning of multi-technology low voltage projects in the Atlanta area. Technologies included HVAC/R controls, fire alarm, distributed antenna systems, process monitoring systems, hazardous product monitoring systems, and lighting controls. Responsible for financial forecasting, schedule management, material procurement, coordination, and manpower requirement forecasting.Managed the ARRA (Stimulus) funded energy saving program at Georgia Tech, including management of multiple contractors and design consultants. Assisted Georgia Tech in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and ARRA-specific documentation requirements.

Responsible for management of construction cost as related to construction loan activities in the Southeastern United States.
