Leading digital transformation in business intelligence, data science, and automation for supply chain use cases, including Procurement, Planning, Operations Engineering, Quality, Sustainability and Risk Management.

Relocated back to Austin, I created the data and analytics group for the production procurement, engineering and quality organization. I also formed our Advanced Technology Supply Chain Enablement team and continued to manage operations of Supplier Quality Engineering for our critical commodities globally, including the localized sourcing in Brazil.

I served as site leader of the Dell Shenzhen office, was leader of Supplier Quality Engineering team with members distributed across 5 countries and supporting 15 commodities on all lines of business and also lead our supply chain quality analytics program.

I assumed additional responsibility as the leader of Dell's Global Operations Technology development organization based in Shanghai with end-to-end responsibility from component supplier manufacturing through to Dell's configure-to-order process for all of Dell's PC business.

On expatriate assignment in Shanghai, I staffed and lead our Global Test Strategy & Development organization supporting all Dell PC products, including ownership of the department strategy, research of leading technologies and methodologies, and driving standards through industry consortiums.

I was a lead architect and designer of hardware and software solutions for manufacturing automation, sensor and data collection infrastructure successfully deployed and still in operation.

I gained invaluable understanding of the operations of a large scale, highly automated manufacturer of complex electronics. Responsible for factory WIP reduction and rework efficiency initiative, I had the opportunity to use data to re-design the debug process.
