Provisioned wireline network orders for both install and disconnect using a variety of in-house software.Verified and corrected E911 information.Required accurate data entry and information research in support of accurate reporting, documentation and ensuring data integrity.Preformed root cause analysis on order provisioning and customer impacting issues for both port in and port out cable telephone lines for all cable partners. This required analyzing information from many sources, applying standard practices/policies and providing detailed reports of findings.Interacted and collaborated with business partners, local exchange carriers, internal, and external work groups on a daily basis. Received and resolved issues using a variety of trouble reporting systems and met or exceeded stated goals. Required the ability to exercise flexibility and resourcefulness in challenging situations. Was required to resolve all issues with a minimum disruption to the end user’s service and also quickly and accurately resolve problems impacting emergency services. Applied constant vigilance with respect to all established policies and practices regarding sensitive data, customer impacting performances, and quality assurance. Made test calls to ensure proper issue resolution. Required to use Microsoft office products to read and create reports. Required the reading and understanding of technical documentation and a basic understanding of telephony. Provided day-to-day support and order resolution for business partners in all time zones including HawaiiWas part of the rotating on-call staff for weekends, evenings, and emergency issues.
