These large corporations make low-suction vacuums for those countries and sell the same models in the US. Ever wonder why your kid's allergies are so much worse? At Prolux we are a group of USA-based Engineers and Vacuum Experts and our mission is to solve these problems! Our claim to fame is vacuums and cleaning appliances with enough suction power to suck the core from the earth (we like to say "Merica!) and destroy's pet hair (instead of just wrapping around the brushroll like most vacuums) with enough quality to last for decades! Most vacuums have around 70 CFM of suction power (Robot vacuums have 15 and Stick vacs 35) but at Prolux our vacuums have on average 120+ CFM of deep cleaning power. At Prolux I am fortunate to be surrounded by the world's BEST team of Vacuum Experts & Engineers! CEO and Founder of GreatVacs which became the largest rebuild factory in the US for high-end Vacuums & Air Purifiers. This is what really propelled us into become Vacuum Experts. We would receive and rebuild semi-loads of cleaning appliances to like new condition for nearly every brand on the market. When they came to us these appliances were broken and their engineering had failed. This allowed us to learn high-end appliance design as we repaired tens of thousands of Vacuums & Air Purifiers to like new condition. After 10 years of doing this we finally said "We can make a better mousetrap" and launched Prolux in 2010 to make our own line of cleaning appliances that were much better.
