Responsible for managing systems and programs for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and suitability for connecting to the Army's portion of the Global Information Grid (GIG), the Land War Net (LWN), and provides IT Enterprise support services that facilitate the creation and sustainment of the Global Network Enterprise; i.e., strategic planning, standards sustainment; LWN Network Operations (NetOps); IT-Metrics program management, Program Management, Service Management; IT infrastructure configuration, change, and release management; and Tier One, Two and Three management for operational networks and systems across the CONUS theater. Provide senior-level technical leadership to the 300+ employees, team members, customers and third-party vendors in the management, planning, and execution of the RCC’s mission. Ensure all team products are of the highest quality and management, Program Management, Service Management; IT infrastructure configuration, change, and release management; and Tier One, Two and Three management for operational networks and systems across the CONUS theater. Provide senior-level technical leadership to the 300+ employees, team members, customers and third-party vendors in the management, planning, and execution of the RCC’s mission. Ensure all team products are of the highest quality and meets the established schedule, cost and performance metrics. Responsible for the scheduling of project work and submittal of contract deliverables to the government supporting the delivery of the customer's technical status reports.

Responsible for all mission support assets operated and maintained by the U.S. Army’s 2nd Regional Cyber Center – Western Hemisphere (2RCC-WH). Manage and provide strategic guidance to multiple teams including: Facility Infrastructure, Windows Systems Management Team (WSMT), UNIX, IT Service Management (ITSM), Network Tools, SYSMAN, Data Services, ArcSight/Database and Monitoring. Leverage technical understanding of all enterprise systems, tools and devices utilized by the RCC- C to monitor, maintain and operate the Army Continental United States (CONUS) network. Operating Systems (OS) and Tools utilized within the MSD include: Windows, Active Directory (AD), Unified Capabilities (UC), ETFM, UNIX, Tivoli Netcool, BMC Remedy, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), SPECTRUM, NetScout, eHealth, BladeLogic Network Automation (BNA), Access Control Server (ACS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).

Responsible for the daily administration and monitoring of particular NETCOM databases, portals and websites while facilitating minimum down time. Duties include all aspects of portal, website and database support from custom application development, solution deployment, infrastructure maintenance and life cycle documentation. Serve as the KSD contractor team lead in assigning workloads, programmer development and project tracking. Act as the primary interface with customers to efficiently support, configure, and maintain specific databases, portals and websites. Provide training to customers on the use of SharePoint portal capabilities and consult with leadership on appropriate governance policies.

Provides KM consultation and assistance to the 2-13th Aviation Regiment in regards to developing new tools, applications and content for distribution to their training audience, cadre staff and higher headquarters. Supports the unit with the establishment/enhancement and implementation of viable KM solutions. Serves as the liaison between the subordinate organization, outside agencies and higher headquarters to facilitate knowledge/information sharing. • Assessed the local unit, collected requirements and provided them with a detailed gap analysis report (knowledge map) coupled with proposed KM solutions. • Developed over 15 SharePoint site collections for the organization to include a new 2-13th Avn. Regt. web portal, and had their site linked into the Aviation Knowledge Network (AKN)

Supported the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) and subordinate units to accomplish their respective missions by providing KM services and helping them to integrate with the greater Army and Joint KM community. Advised USAICoE on KM policies and strategies while serving as a representative for Battle Command Knowledge System (BCKS), Army Operational KM (AOKM) proponent office and the Combined Arms Center (CAC) commander regarding KM. • Developed multiple SharePoint sites to assist organizations in valuable knowledge transfer. • Developed interactive on-line training modules for IKN applications.

Excelled in an assortment of positions throughout a stellar 13 year Army career which began as a private working as an electronics technician and finished as a Sergeant First Class (SFC) serving as a battalion S-3 NCOIC. Worked for the Battle Command Battle Lab (Huachuca) BCBL(H) as Chief of the Integration Prototyping Facility (IPF), responsible for the testing and interoperability of Military Intelligence (MI) systems also served as the BCBL(H) IASSO. Served as the Senior Drill Sergeant (SDS) for B Co. 305th MI battalion to manage, plan and coordinate all the administrative and training details for the over 300 soldiers, from Field Training Exercises (FTX) and day to day events and also as the unit IASSO. • Recognized for the relocation of a critical intelligence system supporting Task Force Falcon and the successful recovery of that system while deployed in Kosovo.
