In my role at TMAC (Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center) I develop and deliver seminars, workshops, and other programs/projects on technical topics including Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management, Supervisor Development, Entrepreneurship, Problem Solving, Team-building, Communication, Culture, Change Management, etc. I am tasked with Initiating and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, universities, chambers, economic development, grant agencies, and other potential partners/stakeholders to coordinate business opportunities, promotional events, and educational activities throughout a 92-county West Texas Region. I market and coordinate promotional events, project proposals, timelines, and other activities to further the TMAC mission to help manufacturers grow. I specialize in Continuous Improvement and Quality Management, but also teach basic data management, excel, team-building, supervisor development, and strategic planning. In addition, I am able to leverage my experience with entrepreneurship and accounting to assist companies with a wide variety of challenges beyond the traditional Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Quality methodologies.
