have almost 20 years of tire experience,which includes sales as well as installation. My sales ability is unmatched and my tire knowledge is without question in the top 10 percent of any one I have had the pleasure to meet. My day to day duties consist mainly of customer service. My job is to find the best tire at the best price for any given customer. Our location sells new and used tires so at times conversations can get writhed with information. There are many different options a customer can choose, again this is why a Tire Sales Specialist like myself is needed. I need to ensure that they understand exactly what choice they made so that they can leave our store much safer than when they arrived. I have also been tasked with listing some of the nicer tires that we have  acquired. It is my job to picture the tires and post them on Craigslist. I have also taken it on myself to cross reference prices so that the customer is not over paying or that we are also not under charging. Another project I recently began was to locate a new tire at a price point that allows profit on our end and yet keep the cost down so if needed it is a viable option for all income levels. This was a success. We began selling the Celimo, which is a newer brand but all of the specifications are almost identical to the high end name brand tires. The Celimo is a 60000 mile tire and can be purchased for about the third of the cost of the Michelin and Good Years of the world.

I am in charge of all aspects of the company from ordering to cleaning.  I managed a team of 8 -10 Latinos who speak very little English. With these perceived obstacles I still managed to shave 172.17 hrs from Feb 2023 compared to Feb 2024 (total labor hours from 1343.40 to 1171.23),and during that time we shipped out 824 more packages and processed nearly identical numbers of returns from the year prior.  I believe this to be in direct correlation with my management style. My ability to work the floor in a lean manner (helping add value from a non-value adding position) has helped streamline our return process as well as cutting labor hours which are huge portions of the PPH metricsThis last year we have seen some major changes to SF House wares, seamlessly I might add. We undertook a massive IT project as well as a Supportive Housing project that continues to grow. I have been able to handle both new projects as well as reduce freight costs "more than expected," surpass our PPH from a target of 4.58 to the realized target of 4.66, and our WIP goal of a minimum of 5 %

I was hired to take over a shipping department in transition. Daily tasks include communication with my team as well as multiple supervisors across the production floor to ensure timely shipments of customers orders. I am in communication daily with freight companies to schedule pickups and ensure delivery. My daily responsibilities include organization of the shipping floor and that of customers orders. We have limited floor space so the ability to maintain a workable environment for shipping is paramount. Being clear and concise with daily decisions, of an integral department, is a skill used often. During my time as the shipping lead I have managed to implement many new ideas that allow the department to run as smoothly as possible.

I have managed to streamline the production department to the point of fewer staffed employees required in my department.

So I began utilizing my innate fiscal abilities with eBay and Amazon. Business 101: Buy low sell high managing to net a profit of 33 percent. This, with my remaining schooling, is shaping a technology savvy, sales expert.
