I also assisted with implementing ISO 9001, and I am well versed in its requirements. - As a Senior Business Analyst working within an Agile Project Environment, I write Business Requirements Specifications that are easy to understand and easy for developers to implement. I work closely with Clients to correctly document their Requirements. - As a Project Administrator, I ensure optimal use of resources and work towards targets that suit Client demands. - As a Facilitator, I sufficiently convey units of learning required for Clients to understand new systems and learning material. My real value though is not in being able to do any or all of the above, but instead using best-practices from each, to ensure solutions that exceed Client expectations.
