I provide Tier 2 support for desktop computers of varying manufacturer and models including Dell, HP, Toshiba, and Fujitsu. This includes both desktops and laptops. I repair and replace printers, faxes, and multifunction devices. I also support our wired and wireless network, and manage our domain through active directory. I assist in managing the phone system and the servers in our data center. I coordinate department moves of all IT related equipment. I build all replacement computers through the use of Norton Ghost. I also support all mobile devices including android and iOS devices.

I provided on-site assistance at St. Rose Ambulatory & Surgery Center in Great Bend, KS. While there I replaced all of the computers in the facility and assisted the current services analyst with ticket tracking and issue resolution.

Assist users with tier 1 technical support, including basic software and hardware assstance, and use of internal systems such as Blackboard, Lotus Notes, and VPN.
