CurrentDustin Down is the principal of Down & Company Professional Corporation (formerly Scott & Down LLP). Dustin's practice is focused on providing real estate, corporate and commercial legal advice. He provides clients with prompt, practical advice on the full range of legal issues that arise in the context of starting and operating a business. In addition to his corporate practice, Dustin assists clients with their residential real estate transactions. Prior to founding Down & Company, Dustin practiced law for a number of years in the securities group of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, one of Canada's largest business law firms.Dustin obtained his law degree at Dalhousie University and holds a bachelor of arts in business from the King's University College. Dustin's experience prior to entering the legal profession includes owning and operating a weekly community newspaper.
