Process and triage a variety of admissions referrals for multiple programs including crisis management, placement stability, educational support, teen parent support, and wraparound services. Manage a continuously fluctuating caseload across all organizational programs. Facilitate interviews and meetings amongst youths and placement/service providers, and cultivate long-lasting relationships with these providers.

Coordinate education assessments, action plans and collaborative supports to meet academic demands for students across two Atlanta counties. Coordinate services and supports to address the whole student, including addressing trauma, to fully surround them with the resources and tools necessary for their educational success. Managed a caseload that fluctuated between 45-65 youths.

Supervise and counsel as many as 20 foster youth in a residential setting, ages 12 – 21 years, and assist in the implementation of ILP plans in a team environment. Provide transport to and from schools, jobs, and activities, administer medications and maintain logs.
