I worked with a local construction company to build out a solution design for a new bid they were presenting to their customer, a national fitness company. The design provided templated, repeatable specifications that could be applied to all corporate-owned locations, existing franchise locations, and all new franchise locations. It streamlined the franchise process and ensured standardization as well as cost forecasting so the new owners could budget for everything they needed. To this end, I championed 39 different projects and initiatives and found multiple ways to add value to the team through workflow design, process improvement, and various automations. I built Dell’s new standard for documentation and deliverables I called the “Delivery Framework”. I was then invited to work with the Intellectual Property Team to use this to develop more IP.
