Applied my years of experience and cross-industry knowledge to bring modern ideas and innovative solutions both internally to Insight, as well as our clients. As an Architect, I worked with our sales and pre-sales teams to develop robust, highly available, scalable solutions and designs to ensure our client’s environments would exceed expectations and follow standards and best-practices. After the design and acceptance phase, I worked closely with our delivery engineers and project managers to ensure delivery was aligned with the design and expectation (adaptation where necessary) and met deliverables so we could deliver on-time and on-budget. Most importantly, I maintained client relationships and built a rapport based on confidence and trust that allowed me to develop future work plans and develop new business based on the changing needs of our clients. • Developed a same-day automated solution for resolving the CrowdStrike outage that allowed persons with even limited technical experience to remediate affected devices. This was implemented at multiple clients with great success, a huge reduction in downtime, and overwhelmingly positive feedback. • Implemented my framework design philosophy and templates and presented globally for teams to consume, build, and publish their own frameworks to drive our initiative to become the leading integrator using innovative concepts and technologies. • Mentored teammates and worked to build a centralized repository of knowledge, IP, client files, use-case examples, templates, questionaires, code, and other helpful resources. • Worked on various projects and technologies including: MECM/Intune implementations/migrations, Power BI reporting, automation design and process imrpovement, SQL migrations, Active Directory redesign and cleanup, SNOW workflow design and automation/integration, mergers & acquisitions, troubleshooting, and outage/issue remediation.

I worked with a local construction company to build out a solution design for a new bid they were presenting to their customer, a national fitness company. The design provided templated, repeatable specifications that could be applied to all corporate-owned locations, existing franchise locations, and all new franchise locations. It streamlined the franchise process and ensured standardization as well as cost forecasting so the new owners could budget for everything they needed. The design included the following: • Network & A/V Rack and Equipment • Networking equipment (Ubiquiti UniFi solution) • Security Equipment • VoIP Equipment • Audio Equipment & Design • Video Equipment • Room Control Devices and Automation • Desktop and Tablets for instructors and offices • Labor for the install • Floorplan drawings for placement of equipment to provide to General Contractors • Wiring Diagrams to both the cable runs and the equipment racks • Networking equipment configuration, subnetting schema, and LAN/WAN topology diagrams • New cloud-based service for audio playlists so the instructors could stop playing unlicensed/illegal music in the studios • New cloud-based solution for controlling the front-of-house displays that allowed corporate to push out new ad-campains and presentationsI also provided numerous local businesses with: • Website design and configuration; especially for COVID notifications for things like availability and alternative service options • Graphic Design and printing: signage for COVID instructions, floor graphics with social distancing instructions, and some giveaways/marketing materials for things like facemasks and little bottles of sanitizer • I also created a startup solution pack for new business owners that provided: Website design & hosting, Logo/Branding, Office 365 configuration for email, and one set of marketing item (brochure, postcard, etc.).

I was asked to join SpaceX with two focuses: modernize endpoint management and develop standards for building mature, sustainable solutions. To this end, I championed 39 different projects and initiatives and found multiple ways to add value to the team through workflow design, process improvement, and various automations. This lead to greater efficiency, reduced downtime, huge cost savings, and an ability to focus on the future-state. • Redesigned the team’s Confluence space to better organize and centralize configuration, how-to, troubleshooting, and architectural documents • Formulated a clearly defined backlog for MECM to address: multi-site consolidation, performance, HA/Failover, clean-up and reorganization, process improvement and automation, and future state goals • Developed standards and templates for project impelmentation using comprehensive, well-designed documents • Designed the new environment hierarchy and trained the team on how to implement • Built solutions to cultivate an environment of sharing and learning using: BitBucket, PluralSight, Confluence, and moreApplication Development Projects: • Starship Heart of Gold - automated app packaging process reducing packaging times from hours to minutes eliminating huge admin overhead. Standardized configurations, deployments, file shares, and allowed us to include more team members without prior experience in the packaging process. • Data Tiles UI - created informational overlays on device displays to provide output and support troubleshooting with various categories of data: Windows OS/Image, MECM Client configs/state, encryption, software updates. • MECM Toolkit / VM Build Automation - a set of scripts, configurations, software, shortcuts, and UI enhancements that were built into a Task Sequence to allow the engineering team to quickly and easily spin up VMs with dev/test environments for: app development, app packaging, software updates testing, and user acceptance testing.

I started as a Senior SCCM Consultant and quickly moved into an Architect role. I consistently maintained >90% utilization earning me awards for this hard work. I built Dell’s new standard for documentation and deliverables I called the “Delivery Framework”. I was then invited to work with the Intellectual Property Team to use this to develop more IP. I enjoyed great success over the 3 years and was proud to provide excellent service to a large array of customers in varying industries across multiple countries. • Migrated IT SAM data from old system to Remedy for a global chemicals company. I worked with the Remedy team to develop the entire SAM contract structure from the top down. I then determined the authoritative source for each piece of data and designed the work-flow for the entire software lifecycle. • Performed dozens of SCCM current branch installations and migrations for customers of varying sizes and industries • Provided on-site and remote training for companies who needed to increase their employee’s skill-set in functions like: Operating System Deployment, Application Packaging/Deployment, and Windows as a Service • I recruited a team of skilled employees who provided complimentary skills to the company’s services portfolio. In charge of Planning, Implementing and Maintaining migration projects to move Southwestern from old, segmented technologies into a more unified solution. These migrations include moving from Altiris to SCCM, BMC to SCSM and integrating Orchestrator to provide automation and self-remediation to bring IT’s overall efforts to a more proactive stage than a reactive one. • Presented solutions and business case studies to management for the approval and implementation of SCCM and SCSM.
