Throughout my internship with Enterprise, I had the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients while guiding them step-by-step through the rental process. This position afforded me the opportunity to learn how to deal with irate customers at times due to the circumstances that drove them to need a rental car. It was a pleasure being able to turn a customers unhappy situation into less of a nightmare by brightening their day and simplifying the rental process.In addition to customer service, I had the opportunity to further develop my sales skills through this internship. With each client that I worked with, I had the opportunity to promote additional products that they could purchase to make their experience less burdensome and often was able to upgrade clients to vehicles that would be more fitting for their needs.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

I worked directly with clients in order to find an automobile that was best suited for their needs and negotiated prices with them in order to reach an outcome that all parties involved were satisfied with. In addition to working on the front counter, I had to opportunity to purchase inventory for Prestige Auto Brokers. I would attend automobile auctions to assess vehicles of interest, determine the vehicles inherent worth and make the decision to purchase or pass.
