Frogman Interactive was a small marketing agency focused on immersive storytelling through interactive media, primarily focused on the senior living market. They were recently acquired by GlynnDevins, Inc. I was hired as support for existing projects and increasingly overwhelmed in-house developer/designers.After three months, I moved into a project lead role, responsible for every aspect of digital production for that project. This included inception and design, along with front and back end execution.I was an integral instigator and contributor of a process and developer efficiency overhaul. We were given complete freedom to restructure things as we saw fit and were able to increase client communication and our productivity almost three-fold within a year's time.I spearheaded the creation and build of an internal knowledgebase and began documenting procedures, standards, and other regularly needed information. This process has continued through the acquisition.After a year I moved into a web application developer role taking ownership of and building, deploying, and maintaining Drupal 7 based products. Products included a custom, market specific CMS and the platforms that were fueled by it, like interactive kiosks, websites, and a portal suite.
