I manage candidate interview coordination for executive level searches from search open to close across all product areas at Google. I work closely with executive recruiters, executive level hiring managers and interviewers and their administrative partners to create excellent candidate experiences for executive level candidates to Google.I am also the subject matter expert for Global Executive Interview scheduling Data/metrics, KPIs, and workflow tracking tooling. In this capacity I led the creation and implementation of team KPIs, supported the data analysts on KPI/metrics dashboard build out including consulting on the data/metrics needs of the team, extensive troubleshooting, and ongoing editing of the dashboard. I support ad-hoc complex metrics requests from teammates, team leadership, and recruiting partners, utilizing self-taught PLX query-writing and Sheets formulas and AppScripting to automate data pulls wherever possible.
