I was the Lead Software Engineer managing a development team of 6 developers & graphic designers. We had the unique responsibility for the development and server administration for a number of different network marketing companies that collectively had databases of over 1,000,000 members in 45 countries with translations in 10 different languages. The software that we developed for these companies managed the extensive members genealogy, commission payment structure, internal banking wallet system, multiple payment processing, product ordering and shipping management and general company management features unique to each company.

I project managed a team of software engineers, website developers and graphic designers to develop and maintain the companies clients assets.
