CRU is a global non-profit operating in 191 countries, with 25,000 full time employees worldwide.My role begun with a focus on fund development in which I developed 120 partners before we launched a new San Diego organization. It was at that point I focused on establishing a presence on the University with administration, faculty and students. Upon the official organization set-up, my team built a group of core leaders and mentored the leadership to build a campus presence . My team set-up an organization from initial conception to fully functional university organization by the time I left.
