I finished as the #1 rookie (out of over 2,000 people), my second year I built a team of 8 people and personally finished #1 in second year salespeople, my third year I broke the all-time 150+ year old sales record (formerly held by my wife :)) earning a profit of over $100k as a junior in college, my 4th summer I sold in Alaska and finished as the #1 salesperson out of over 3,000 people. In 2006 I co-founded Southwestern Consulting. We started as Success Starts Now! a motivational traveling sales seminar business. After successfully launching that business, I started both the consulting and coaching divisions of SWC. The consulting business was successful before transitioning both the consulting business and the seminar business into the coaching business. My last year as President of Southwestern Coaching we had over 150+ coaches in 11 different countries.
