Dustin Holt, Founder, CEO  — Mr. Holt is founder of the Company and was previously President of MedNotes EMR Corporation from 1999 to 2005. His duties included VAR (Value Added Reseller) implementation and training strategies, developing customer relationship management systems for their core product line, new version product design architecture and training.  In particular his duties required that he work closely with physicians to design and implement medical databases. He was also tasked with the recommendation of new designs and maintenance of existing systems.  Mr. Holt worked closely with medical software developers to create practice-wide integration to billing and patient-management software current in a wide number of medical practices. Implementation of the EMR software, key to the company’s ability to sell its product, was his primary concern. Prior to ROA MedNotes, Mr. Holt has owned several successful business ventures that provided management skills and valuable experience in business operations. From 1997 to 1999 Mr. Holt operated an e-commerce development and design firm that specialized in development of vehicle inventory display system for several major car dealerships.
