In this role, I am responsible for safe and efficient direction of approximately 40 employees working toward production and maintenance goals. I am solely responsible for overseeing stone and lime barge loadout with a maximum loadout of approximately 2.4 million tons per year. I oversee all heavy and light equipment operation onsite along with limestone prep which consists of washing, screening, and crushing in both a stationary unit and a mobile Powerscreen/Superior unit. Additionally, I oversee the sites hydrated lime plant along with coal offloading from barges and handling once the material is on shore.

In this role, I was responsible for safe operation of heavy equipment including Fletcher J251 single boom jumbo rock drill & Caterpillar 770G/770 haul trucks, and assisted in loading of explosives in working headings in order to reach production quota. Additionally, I regularly assisted in routine and emergency maintenance of mine equipment.

In this role, I acted in three different capacities. First, I was solely responsible for the management the corporations 40 rental properties. This included showcasing and leasing all properties, handling tenant concerns, and corresponding with city, state and private entities in relation to all properties. Next, I was responsible for daily office activities such as preparing reports, logging transactions, and filing documents. Finally, I worked in the field as a laborer helping complete various company projects. In this position, I had the opportunity to work in all aspects of construction and property management.

As a member of the grounds crew at both Mountainview Golf Course and Lakeview Golf Course, I was tasked with daily upkeep of the course. On the job, I regularly operated heavy and light machinery to ensure thorough maintenance of the courses.

The West Virginia Army National Guard Wrestling Tournament is the largest high school wrestling tournament in the state of West Virginia. This tournament hosts approximately 40 teams from 7 states along the east coast of the US. As Associate Director, I am tasked with the planning of this great event. Whether it be securing sponsorship for the event, communicating with teams prior to and during the 2 day tournament, working with venue staff to ensure our event executes smoothly, or dealing with local government to discuss commerce details -- this position has been extremely rewarding. Our event continues to get bigger and more successful with every passing year.
