In this role with the Winston Salem Dash, I had the opportunity to work with the Stadium Operations team as well as spend time working in Clubhouse Management.With Stadium Operations, I would handle day-to-day stadium preparation and maintenance tasks for game-day as well as other stadium events. I learned a lot about maintaining a professional stadium, as well as the behind the scenes action required to prepare for events in the community.During my time in the Clubhouse, I worked closely with the home and visiting clubbie’s to make sure the clubhouse stayed clean and prepared, player and coach needs were met and that the team was in the best possible environment to perform well on the field.This opportunity was an incredible boost of knowledge and built a solid foundation for my career in professional sports.
