At Tuck I have gained experience with programs including Microsoft Office, Azure AD, SysAid, and some Cloud Services. I gained operating system support experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Mobile Device OS. I am proficient in translating technical information in non-technical terms for verbal and written communication. I regularly participates in the on-boarding and off-boarding for Tuck School of Business students, faculty, and staff. I have strengthened my security mindset by participating in security programs and through on-going professional development both in and out of the office. Here at Tuck I have gained vital industry knowledge while working beside a team of knowledgable IT professionals.

During my time with the Carolina Museum of the Marine and Al Gray Civic Institute I helped with the maintenance, organization and documentation of the museum artifacts. I worked closely with the community to successfully coordinate volunteer and fundraising events.

Assembled and led a team of technicians for specialty work on high priority tactical vehicles. The team’s performance resulted in all high priority tactical vehicles being controlled by our team. Named the Agricultural Inspector and Shop Foreman during a military exercise in Norway recognizing my leadership and commitment – positions normally held by Marines two ranks above. Strengthened my organizational and leadership skills, learning from my first mistake as a leader (forgetting to enroll one of my direct reports in an upcoming Marine Corps Martial Arts course). Successfully enrolled him in the next course and leveled up my leadership, prioritization, and relational focus. Resulted in doubling the size of my Marine fire team through my leadership skills.
