I support the Rasmussen College Fort Myers Campus information technology and telecommunications systems. As an ITSS I carry out projects and tasks authorized by the information technology department and corporate management.Other responsibilities include user support, phone support, hardware maintenance on all campus equipment, Investigate, recommend and implement enhancements and operating procedures that optimize the information technology system performance while managing availability and performance of fileservers and domain controllers.

Oversee the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support, training, and special projects; planed, designed and implemented data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems; coordinated special projects including network related wiring plans LAN/WAN, as well as access control security devices.
