Maintained direct oversight for the entire pool and beach operation, comprised of over 5,000 sunbeds in the resort and water park areas. Directed a complete restructuring of the department, streamlining communication and accountability and establishing significantly higher standards of service across all areas. This initiative included an overhaul of the Health Club Facilities, including the flagship site for Precor Cardiovascular and strength equipment, making it the premier hotel health club in the Middle East & Africa. Also, conducted a comprehensive re-org of the activity program for both adults and children, emphasizing outdoor activities, and an in-depth tennis program for members. Advanced revenue and growth opportunities by establishing a new marine department, with a 52ft. catamaran excursion available to guests. Promoted an environment of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring the entire team was trained and certified in Life Guarding (RLSS), First Aid, and CPR. Initiated a new Schedule of Activities, including Nature Walks, Cooking Classes, Ice Carving Demonstrations, Snorkeling, Sea Turtle Adoption, Yoga, Pilates, and more. Succeeded in increasing YOY 2003 - 2004 revenue by 25%, assuming total accountability for the set-up of the fitness facility for enhanced guest satisfaction. This project included sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, purchasing equipment, coordinating layout with contractors/designers, and constructing (then subsequently implementing) all policies and procedures, both internal and client-facing.
