Identifiable psychosocial predictors create certain behavioral patterns which impact an individuals health and longevity. LITE identifies and quantifies these key variables to provide a predictive evaluation that can be used to better predict longevity risk in population health.

I was responsible for recruiting, managing and developing sales and operational talent into my locations. I managed day-to-day operations, built and trained the sales teams, developed multiple segment marketing campaigns and helped my team cultivate referral relationships.

I was responsible for 4 offices in the Western Washington Region in addition to recruiting and developing new sales talent for my branches. I also worked closely with the marketing department, head of secondary and the CEO in developing new training processes and competitive loan products.
