- Developed and maintained exceptional client relationships with outside vendors across seven tour events. - Directed the management and distribution of key Dew Tour assets to employees and vendors. - Responsible for the hiring and/or management of select Dew Tour staff and vendors across all tour events. - Worked cross-divisionally to determine local vendor needs and allocation. - Negotiated and finalized all local vendor contracts against appropriate budget lines. - Responsible for the management and distribution of Dew Tour branding inventory valued in total over $500,000.- Created and managed all event binders including production plans, venue guides, and vendor recaps.
