Timekeeping, roster assignment, bi-weekly payroll timekeeping submission and HR reporting responsibilities for approx. 3,900 employees.Administer legacy timekeeping system responsible for tracking timesheets, overtime and leave requests.Maintain organizational hierarchy in timekeeping system to provide accurate reporting and data feeds to ancillary systems (training/policy, performance management, etc...).Generate reporting related to payroll and HR demographics to include bi-weekly payroll, monthly HR demographics, annual budget, strength reporting, overtime expense tracking for special events and emergency response, etc...Primary resource for internal/external audit requests relating to HR and payroll-related data.Primary contact for external consultant responsible for compiling multi-million dollar FEMA Cat B reimbursement requests for Hurricanes Matthew and Irma.Utilize advanced formulas and functions within Microsoft Excel such as Index and Match, Vlookup, nested IF statements, and others to aid in compiling multiple reports used to provide various standard and ad hoc reporting requests.Project lead responsible for enhancing compliance with 29 US Code FLSA exemptions provided by Section §207(e), (h), (k), (o) and (p). SME providing guidance on time and payroll needs of the JSO as it pertains to ORACLE EBS HRMS upgrade to Oracle Cloud HCM PAY, OTL, ABS and Core HR modules.
