Started my professional career as a Quality manager, having worked my way up from a phlebotomist over the course of two years. I am also in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, and have been since 2013. Through both of these experiences, I have gained a lot of leadership experience, to which I have to thank all of my mentors along the way. I'm always trying to learn and better myself, and positively influence those around me.Most recently, I have worked in D2D sales as an Account Manager, selling AT&T and Quantum Fiber. I have leveraged my skills to be able to build relationships quickly and effectively with people of all ages, backgrounds, and demeanors. Through perseverance, hard work, effective time management, and above all a great student mentality, I have been recognized on the campaign at a national level for two years in a row. This year, I was ranked number 2 in the country for DirectTV Sales, and Number 6 nationwide in overall sales across the entire campaign. One of the biggest pieces of advice I can give anyone in sales is to have ambitious goals, and be passionate about helping people. Things will inevitably happen that will make you question if the work is worth it. If your goals are big enough, if you are driven, if you have perseverance, if you have the ambition to keep going when others would quit... well then you will find yourself coming out ahead. Equally, if you pair that with a passion for helping others, and really figuring out what an individual or a company needs to fix whatever issues they are having, then you get your foot in the door. Effective sales is about identifying problems, providing solutions, and executing a plan. Be passionate, be compassionate, and the rest will come.As always, success comes in one of two ways: by doing what others CAN'T do, or doing what others WON'T do. I live by this, and I will continue to do so to reach my goals.
