As a Development and Operations Senior Associate at National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS), a nonprofit that unites, equips, and build capacity for marginalized youth in transportation safety leadership, I assist the executive director with administrative and operational tasks, as well as with education and advocacy initiatives. I help develop strategies to increase transportation equity and safety for youth, especially those in the BIPOC and underserved communities.I am also a Site Lead at Mobile Health, where I lead a team of health care professionals across the U.S. in delivering occupational healthcare services to various clients. I oversee the laboratory and administrative equipment setup, the on-site client relations, and heavy calendaring and managing to ensure quality, efficiency, and satisfaction. I leverage my EMT-B certification, IV skills, and years of leadership to provide care and support to patients and staff alike on varying sites. I have a bachelor's degree in biology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an associate's degree in art from Pellissippi State Community College, which gives me a diverse and creative perspective in both fields. I am passionate about improving access to health services, promoting youth empowerment, fighting for mobility justice, and supporting the mission and vision of all organizations I work with. I am eager to learn new skills, collaborate with others, and contribute to the success and growth in any fields where I can add value and bring positive changes and impacts.
