The invaluable experience gained here honed my skills in operational efficiency, leadership, and the implementation of strategic logistical frameworks.Seeking a better balance between my professional and personal life, I transitioned to an Amazon Delivery Station in Sacramento. This move allowed me to further my expertise in scheduling and logistics, deepening my understanding of the complexities within the e-commerce supply chain and reinforcing my commitment to operational excellence.My role at Sacramento Regional Transit was a turning point, allowing me to lead a program that provided free transit passes to K-12 students across the county. This initiative not only showcased my ability to manage impactful projects but also emphasized my dedication to community service and positive social impact.In my time with Spin, I was pivotal in establishing their Sacramento operations. As the lead supervisor, I managed shifts, strategically deployed scooters, and played a key role in the company's rapid growth, demonstrating my capability in operational strategy and team leadership under pressure.The challenges presented by COVID-19 led to a period of introspection and growth.
