Responsible for managing and supervising all stages of on-track events, including races, high-performance driving education, time attack, private and public track days, and on-location filming. Serve as MOD/Chief Steward and assist series stewards in decisions relating to on-track activity to streamline operations and ensure optimal safety. Manage, supervise, and schedule up to 40 corner marshals, with duties including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, retention, discipline, payroll, and development. Work with clients to establish and deliver all contracted services for on and off-track events. Management of on-site fuel sales and operations fleet. Coordinate with all departments to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.

Responsible for setup, breakdown and liaising between SCCA and host tracks. Handle client/driver engagement and regularly instruct and counsel drivers. Act as the point-of-contact for TNiA in the Atlanta area and field any and all driver and participant concerns on-site during events as well as through a variety of social media channels before and after all events.
