Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s (EY) Advisory practice, based in Chicago, Illinois where he primarily works in EY's Risk practice. Throughout his career Dustin has worked with several fortune 50 organizations across multiple sectors. Under Dustin’s leadership, EY executes tens of thousands of risk and internal hours annually to help companies identify key risk areas in their organizations and implement controls and activities to help mitigate the risks. Dustin was responsible for the overall activities on his engagements, including the oversight of global team members. In addition to execution of Risk platform services, Dustin works closely with EY’s data analytics practice, helping to expand the use of data analytics in Internal Audit, fraud investigations as well as leveraging their capabilities in other areas of the risk assessment and reporting processes. Dustin has been recognized as a top Advisory instructor for several years, teaching more than 100 hours of internal courses annually, including instructing at Milestones, a training for newly promoted EY Managers and Associate Directors. Dustin’s international experience includes having worked and lived in the UK for two years as part of the EY’s global exchange program. He also lived in Portugal for two years, prior to joining the firm and is fluent in English and proficient in Portuguese. Given his working history in these regions and his language skills, Dustin worked heavily to support key projects and relationships in Latin America, including Brazil as well as Europe. Dustin also held National leadership roles as well as other responsibilities in the Central Region Deployment team, the Central Region Quality team and America’s People Advisory Council.
