Evaluated proposed requirements and changes, and recommend design changes to improve fidelity of the MTD device; validate developed prototype MTD changes and support installation and testing of modifications; resolve MTD issues; conduct and support design reviews. Developed Technical Data Packages to document, maintain, update, and deliver the engineering data baseline of each MTD and all associated MTS assets for all modifications performed; and monitor technical service bulletin, safety bulletins, and advisory updates from the MTD Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Provided analysis of safety hazards, failure causes and effects, root cause analysis of in-service problems to include MTD deficiency reports, and development of required design changes to resolve maintenance-training issues.
