Content manager for two courses qualifying 100+ new crew chiefs annually. Project manager on three major re-writes of course curriculum, tests, & objectives collaborating with 20+ instructors in three separate organizations. Assigned to teams to develop curriculum & personal lesson plans using the ISD model in order to enhance the training capabilities of U.S., U.K., Canadian, & Australian students. Taught Air Force professional development seminars for members of all ranks. Also, led focus groups with customers acquiring feedback on past training ROI and determined future training initiatives while gaining senior leadership’s buy-in.

Analyzing DOORS for accuracy and updating when necessary. Government acceptance testing events for Block 17, Block 17 plus, and concurrence upgrades. Working hand in hand with CLS/TSSC to ensure proper maintaining and updating to the maintenance trainers. Researched and provided technical information used to develop and maintain the C-17 MTDs and engineering data. Established systems support requirements, approaches and solutions; develops and documents system-engineering processes. Provided systems support influence on product designs; determines and develops system supportability-related design approaches and solutions. Supported the data collection and analysis needs to respond to customer system-related inquiries. Provides support for the development of MTS Training System Change Requests (TSCR). Maintains the Task Step Database which contains all training steps for each MTD. Assessed current MTD performance requirements and perform analysis for future MTD upgrades. Evaluated proposed requirements and changes, and recommend design changes to improve fidelity of the MTD device; validate developed prototype MTD changes and support installation and testing of modifications; resolve MTD issues; conduct and support design reviews. Developed Technical Data Packages to document, maintain, update, and deliver the engineering data baseline of each MTD and all associated MTS assets for all modifications performed; and monitor technical service bulletin, safety bulletins, and advisory updates from the MTD Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Provided analysis of safety hazards, failure causes and effects, root cause analysis of in-service problems to include MTD deficiency reports, and development of required design changes to resolve maintenance-training issues.

Oversee the plan affecting the entire maintenance complex including 51 aircraft worth $10.8B and maintain a constant dialogue with leaders from the flightline, back shop, operations control, Quality Assurance, supply and Boeing engineering (1,800 personnel affected) to keep all on the same page. Focal point for policy issues, resource constraints, and remove any roadblocks via direct commander access. Ensure the maintenance priorities are being met to best achieve the flying schedule, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, alert/reconnaissance function, and aircraft mission generation while keeping safety and quality at the forefront. Contact for all off-station aircraft issues and coordinate personnel, equipment, and parts to repair aircraft to keep the mission moving.

I managed daily repair and reclamation procedures for 60+ C-130A cargo aircraft. Enforced inspection and maintenance quality with area oversight on inspections, documentation reviews, and database verification checks for 40+ personnel. I preformed procedures such as troubleshooting, maintenance repairs, and removal/installation and effective oversight of time-management, tools, and equipment usage by multiple career fields. I also ensured that resources were being used to best generate a safe aircraft for the aircrew.
