I have worked at JACKRABBIT for 20 years. I was given a scholarship by the company to obtain my degree. After finishing school I became a Special Projects Manager and managed many different product lines.There was a need for a structured service department so I was given the task of Service and Quality Control Manager. While I am still currently managing service I have also taken on the role of Director of Engineering and New Products. Daily I manage the development of new products, along with continual improvement of our existing products. I manage a team that consists of 7 engineers and 2 draftsman. Together we engineer and design products that our industry needs.Another responsibility of mine worth mentioning is international relationships. I travel to other countries that utilize our products to aid in the re construction of the equipment after delivery. A large portion of the re construction process is listening to customers comments.
