I was the Graduate Assistant for the third year structures class.

I was the GA for the first year structures class. This class is taken by the second year architecture students. I sat in on all classes and graded homework.

ecoREHAB is a non for profit organization that rehabs homes and gets them livable again for a family that meets special needs financially. Coming into the internship during the summer, the house had already been gutted and framed. However, there was still some framing to be done. Other tasks that I worked on included laying subfloor, estimating and hanging drywall, mudding and taping, detail work such as trim, restoring old windows, painting, removing old paint with lead, masonry work, and planting a rain garden.

I was an ambassador during the Indy State Fair in the Ball State Ag/Hort Building. I helped with maintenance of the BSU Backyard Display, and I also answered BSU related questions. Most questions were from parents of potential freshman.
